RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We will accept returns (excluding sale items) which are not worn, washed or damaged, and with all tags attached. Item(s) returned without an RA cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item for credit/exchange within 7 days of the date of delivery.

You must indicate your intention to credit/exchange via email to us and then we will issue you an RA.

Any item purchased from N.K. Essentials that is legitimately incorrect or deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund. In order to obtain a refund you must contact us by email info@nkessentials.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the purchaser’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by N.K. Essentials only in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

If the item has been worn/used and the issue is deemed to be caused by a fault in construction or manufacturing, N.K. Essentials will do its upmost to repair and resolve the issue. N.K. Essentials does not assume responsibility for future deteriorating as a result of mishandling or use of improper care products.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared you will receive your repair or new item in 7 working business days.

Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of N.K. Essentials. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, you will instead be offered an exchange or credit.

All sale or discounted items are final.

SHIPPING

We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Flat rate of $10

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

International Shipping

Free international shipping over $120

Flat rate of $25

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the point of delivery.

All international deliveries will need to be signed for, so please provide an appropriate address. International deliveries will be sent using Registered International Australia Post.

Transit time is between 3-10 working days from time of dispatch. This may vary depending on the shipping destination.
