Q2. Tell us a little bit about the inner workings of Phoebe?

I guess i would say that I’m a bit of a dreamer. Inspired by music, my friends and family, fragrance, strange sculptures- i collect clay faces i find on the street. My friends also tell me i have a weird laugh 🙂

Currently i am the e-commerce manager at Harlequin Market, which is a vintage costume jewelry store based in Double Bay, Sydney. We sell the most spectacular pieces some dating back to early 1920’s. Vintage Chanel, Christian Lacroix etc. Its so interesting because every piece has it’s own unique story.

Q3. You’ve just come back from an epic adventure- in a nut shell… ups & downs:

I have! I arrived back last week and it felt like I never left. I was traveling around Europe for 2 months by myself but in the end I had friends everywhere I visited so only spent a week or so solo. In a nut shell it was amazing of course. Too many ups to mention here but to name a few – Sleepless nights dancing at clubs in Berlin & a crazy “dark room” experience at Berghain, hiring a car in Portugal with a friend, we drove the Algarve to Lagos then up to Nazare and back to Lisboa. The beaches, food, scenery, people everything in Portugal is incredible. Montmartre sunsets in Paris & shopping for vintage jewellery at Paris flea markets (Marche aux Puce) Literally could have spent months there its so huge and spectacular.

Downs – Hangovers and eating too much bread.

Q4. What is the first thing you do when you return home?

Visit my family & friends, take a long bath and do all the pampering things that its harder to do travelling. I was super lucky actually, jet lag had me up at 4am so I went for a run on Copacabana Beach (where my family lives) and saw the most beautiful sunrise.

Q5. What’s the one thing you have been meaning to do but still have not done?

Urmmm, lots of things. Deep sea fishing lol

Q6. Where is your fave place to relax & unwind, go on a first date, hang with your friends ?

Super cliche for someone living in Bondi but you cant really beat the Grassy Knoll or Boat Ramp in Summer!

Q7. What’s something you can only do here?

In Bondi? Gelbisons!

Q8. Heading out of town for a weekend road trip what destination is on your map and who with ?

South Coast, Camping at Jervis Bay with my girls Celeste, Rachel & Meg. (We did this leading up to New Years last year and it was amazing)
